Lemon pudding snacking cake for 2+

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Egg, separated
1 teaspoon Grated lemon zest
2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
cup Milk
2 tablespoons Flour
teaspoon Salt

Directions

Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Beat egg white till stiff peaks form.

Beat egg yolk; add remaining ingredients and beat till smooth. Fold in egg white. Divide between ungreased 1 cup baking dishes or 6 oz.
