Lemon turkey in pastry shells

Ingredients

10 ounces Frozen Puff Pastry Shells; 1 Pkg
24 ounces Seasoned Turkey Gravy; 2 Jars
2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
¼ teaspoon Dried Thyme Leaves; Crushed
3 cups Cooked Vegetables; OR
16 ounces Frozen Mixed Vegetables; Thawed, 1 Pkg
2 cups Cooked Turkey Or Chicken; Cubed

Directions

Bake the pastry shells according to the package directions.

Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, combine the gravy with lemon juice, thyme, vegetables, turkey or chicken, heating through.

Spoon the mixture into the baked pastry shells and serve hot.
