Lemon turkey in pastry shells

2 | tablespoons | Lemon Juice |
¼ | teaspoon | Dried Thyme Leaves; Crushed |
3 | cups | Cooked Vegetables; OR |
16 | ounces | Frozen Mixed Vegetables; Thawed, 1 Pkg |
2 | cups | Cooked Turkey Or Chicken; Cubed |
Directions
Bake the pastry shells according to the package directions.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, combine the gravy with lemon juice, thyme, vegetables, turkey or chicken, heating through.
Spoon the mixture into the baked pastry shells and serve hot.
