Lemon-herb turkey breast

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Turkey breast; (up to 3)
¼ cup Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Rosemary
1 teaspoon Oregano
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
½ cup Dry white wine
Salt and pepper; to taste
2 Cloves garlic

Directions

Put all ingredients (turkey skin-side down) in crock pot and cook on low 6 to 8 hours, basting turkey if possible.
