Lentil potato burgers

10 burgers

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Chopped yellow onion
½ cup Chopped celery
¼ cup Water
2 cups Lentils, cooked & mashed
2 cups Potatoes, mashed
1 cup Whole wheat bread crumbs
1 teaspoon Parsley
teaspoon Sage
1 teaspoon Thyme
½ teaspoon Marjoram
¼ teaspoon Rosemary
teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Preheat the oven 350F.

Saute the onion and celery in water about 10 mins. Combine in a bowl with the remaining ingredients and mix well. Form into patties and place on a nonstick baking sheet.

Bake 20 mins, then turn and bake an additional 20 mins.

Serve hot on toasted whole wheat burger buns.
