Lentil rice loaf

Ingredients

1 | cup | Cooked Brown Rice |
1 | cup | Cooked Lentils |
1 | Egg Substitute, Liquid | |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | cup | Onion, finely chopped |
2 | tablespoons | Water |
1 | cup | Croutons |
1 | cup | Chopped Tomatoes, canned |
¼ | teaspoon | Thyme |
½ | teaspoon | Sage |
Directions
Saute onion untol limp, but not browned. Add onions and all ingredients.
Pour into greased casserole and bake 3500 for 35 minutes. Serve with heated undiluted cream of mushroom or celery soup.
