Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1⅓ cup Lentils
cup Nuts; grind
2 cups Egg whites
cup Milk; FF
cup Applesauce
2 cups Corn flakes
teaspoon Sage
Salt
Pepper
cup Onions; chop

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 deg. After 45 minutes coat top with undiluted tomato soup and continue baking for 15 minutes more. :
