Lime gelatin salad

Ingredients

1 pack Lime gelatin powder -- 6 oz
1 cup Hot water -- boiling
1 pack Cream cheese -- 8 oz
Softened
½ teaspoon Vanilla
1 can Mandarin oranges -- drained
1 can Crushed pineapple -- drained
8 Oz
1 can Lemon-lime soda
½ cup Pecans -- chopped
1 carton Cool Whip® -- thawed &

Directions

Dissolve in gelation in water. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Stir in gelatin mixture and beat until smooth. Stir in vanilla, oranges, pineapple, soda and pecans. Chill until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from a spoon. Fold in ¾ of the whipped topping. Pour into a 13x9x3 inch dish. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours or until firm. Cut into squares; garnish with the remaining whipped topping. Yield: 16 to 20 servings.
