Lime jello saladunusual and good

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 smalls Pkgs. lime jello
2 cups Boiling water
2 tablespoons Grated cucumber
2 tablespoons Grated carrots
2 tablespoons Grated green pepper
Onion juice ; about 1/2 tsp
2 cups Cottage cheese; drained well
1 cup Whipping cream; whipped
½ cup Mayonnaise
Salt to taste

Directions
