Lime-mint tea on ice

Ingredients

1 | quart | Boiling water |
4 | teaspoons | Bags |
1½ | cup | Loosely packed fresh mint leaves (up to 2) |
¼ | cup | Sugar, or to taste |
¼ | cup | Fresh lime juice (about 2 limes) |
Lime slices for garnish |
Directions
Combine water, tea bags, mint and sugar. Cover; steep 20 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags and mint leaves. Cool. Stir in lime juice, chill.
Serve over ice, garnish with lime slices.
Makes 1 quart.
