1½ | cup | Boiling Water |
8 | ounces | Jar Mint Jelly |
1 | pint | Ginger Ale |
3 | Limes, Juice Of | |
½ | cup | Honey |
2 | Egg Whites -- stiffly | |

Directions
Pour boiling water over jelly in a bowl. Stir until dissolved. Let cool. Add ginger ale, lime juice, and honey. Pour into 2 ice trays, cover with wax paper or foil, and put in freezer. Chill to semisolid stage. Remove from freezer and mix in beaten egg whites. Replace in freezer until solid.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
