Linda's oatmeal (or other grain) bread
1 Servings
Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |
---|---|---|
1⅓ | cup | Water |
2 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
⅔ | cup | Oatmeal (or other cereal to be cooked; such as seven grain) |
2¾ | cup | Bread flour |
3 | tablespoons | Sugar |
2 | tablespoons | Dry milk |
2½ | teaspoon | Yeast |
Directions
Put ingredients into bread machine pan in order according to your machine's directions (water first or last.) I prefer the light crust setting and it will bake nicely in the quick mode. Makes 1½ lb loaf.
