Linguine in clam sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 eaches Garlic cloves -- minced
½ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Butter -- melted
1 teaspoon Pepper
16 ounces Sliced mushrooms -- drained
8 ounces Linguine, cooked -- drained
13 ounces Clams, minced -- drained
Parmesan cheese -- grated
½ cup Parsley -- fresh chopped

Directions

Saute garlic in butter in large skillet over low heat for 1 minute.

Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes. Stir in clams, parsley, salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly. Pour over linguine and toss well. Heat through and top with Parmesan cheese. Formatted by Mary Dishongh Bowles.
