1 | cup | Sliced zucchini (1 small) |
1 | cup | Sliced yellow squash (1 med) |
1 | cup | Bell pepper strips |
1 | can | CONTADINA Pasta Ready Chunky Tomatoes with Crushed Red Peppers (14.5 oz) |
1 | can | CONTADINA Tomato Paste (6oz) |
¼ | cup | Dry white wine |
½ | teaspoon | Salt (opt) |
2 | tablespoons | Chopped fresh basil OR |
1 | teaspoon | Dried basil, crushed |
1 | pack | CONTADINA Refrigerated Linguine (9 oz) |
Sliced ripe olives (opt) | ||

Directions
In medium skillet, heat oil; saute shallots and garlic for 1 minute.
Add zucchini, yellow squash and bell pepper; saute for 3-4 minutes.
Stir in CONTADINA Pasta Ready Chunky Tomatoes, paste, wine and salt; simmer for 5-8 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in basil; simmer for 1 minute. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
Pour sauce over pasta; garnish with olives and basil.
