18 ounces Package stuffing mix
¾ cup Butter
1 large Onion, finely chopped
1 cup Celery, minced
½ cup Raisins
½ cup Mandarin Orange Sections, chopped
¼ cup Sabra or Grand Marnier Orange Liqueur
¾ cup Hot water
1 Egg, beaten

Directions

(This recipe is for a 10-12 lb bird. Increase measurements for larger size.) Heat butter to foam. Add onion and celery, stirring in butter until wilted. Remove from heat and stir in stuffing, mixing along with the raisins, chopped orange sections, liqueur, hot water and egg. Spoon loosely into the bird's chest cavity.
