Lisa's kraut rye bread

1 | cup | Plus 2 tb. Rye Flour |
1 | tablespoon | Yeast |
4 | tablespoons | Gluten Flour |
4 | tablespoons | Sugar |
2½ | tablespoon | Dry milk |
2 | tablespoons | Veg. oil |
1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | cup | Sauerkraut;put in strainer pushing with back of spoon to drain; chop fine;loosely packed |
1¼ | cup | Water; warmed |
Directions
Put all in Bread machine according to manufacturers' instructions.
Select White Bread Cycle. 1 tb of caraway may be added at the beep! Note: George loved this. Delicious served with Roast Pork or Ruebens!
