Lithouhanian sausage

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 pounds Coarse ground pork
1 pounds Coarse ground beef
1 tablespoon Salt
Pepper; as desired
½ tablespoon Allspice
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
Pork casings
½ cup Water

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Let set for at least 2 ~3 hours. Stuff into pork casings and fry until browned.
