1 | pounds | Coarse ground beef |
1 | tablespoon | Salt |
Pepper; as desired | ||
½ | tablespoon | Allspice |
¼ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
Pork casings | ||
½ | cup | Water |
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Let set for at least 2 ~3 hours. Stuff into pork casings and fry until browned.
