Little red chicken

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 large Fryer; cut in pieces
½ cup Bell pepper; chopped
½ cup Onion; chopped
1 can Tomato sauce
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
¼ cup Vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 can (6-oz) mushrooms

Directions

Place chicken in oblong baking dish. Combine other ingredients; mix well and pour over chicken. Bake in an uncovered dish at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Serves 8.
