Chicken in red wine

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 pounds Skinned chicken parts
12 smalls White pearl onions, peeled
12 smalls Whole mushrooms
1 tablespoon Plus (see next ingredient) vegetable oil
1 cup Dry red wine
½ cup Water
1 pack Instant chicken broth
½ teaspoon Paprika
¼ teaspoon Pepper
½ teaspoon Dried thyme
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 small Bay leaf
1 tablespoon Parsley flakes

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken in casserole, top with onions and mushrooms. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over chicken. cover and bake 1 hour. Remove and discard bay leaf before serving.
