Liver with marinated mushrooms

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Fresh mushrooms
¾ pounds Calves liver,
¼ cup French salad dressing Minced parsley

Directions

For 30 minutes marinate mushrooms in dressing. Drain. Reserve marinade. Brush liver on both sides with marinade. Place on broiler pan.
