Ingredients

1 can Salmon
1 Onion; grated
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Milk
¼ cup Bread crumbs
6 larges Potatoes; sliced or cubed
2 tablespoons Butter
1 Egg

Directions

Layer potatoes and salmon in casserole. Mix onion, salt, butter, milk, and egg together. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle on bread crumbs. Bake at 375° for 1 hour. The book says that this is a Finnish dish.
