Low calorie casserole

Ingredients

1 | small | Head of cabbage |
1 | pounds | Lean hamburger |
1 | medium | Onion |
½ | cup | Uncooked rice |
1 | can | Condensed tomato soup with |
1 can of water |
Directions
Chop cabbage and place in a greased baking dish. Brown meat and onion; stir in rice. Pour on top of cabbage. Mix soup and water.
Pour over entire casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Add more water, if casserole is too dry. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
