¼ cup All-Purpose Flour
3 cups Low-Fat (1%) Milk
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
pinch Nutmeg
¾ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 pounds Cooked Fettuccine

Directions

Melt butter. Add flour; cook, stirring, 1 minute. Whisk in milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Bring to boil, whisking; reduce and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Toss with cheese and cooked pasta.
