Low-fat muffins with variations

CRANBERRY ORANGE MUFFINS
1 cup Self rising flour
½ cup Dried cranberries
¼ cup Sugar
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
½ cup Orange juice
BLUEBERRY MUFFINS
1 cup Self rising flour
¼ cup Sugar
½ cup Frozen blueberries; left frozen
½ cup Orange juice
BANANA MUFFINS
1 cup Self rising flour
¼ cup Sugar
1 Banana; mash
1 Jar Banana baby food juice

Directions

(Mix dry ingredients and fruit, add juice and stir just until blended. Put in muffin cups and bake at 305 degrees for about 25 min.) I always double the recipe. Tried, enjoyed and reposted on fat-free by Brown Jeannie <brown_jeannie@...>.
