Sugar-free, fat-free muffins

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Flour
3 teaspoons Baking powder; heaping
1 Egg
¾ cup Applesauce
¾ cup Pineapple; crushed

Directions

DIRECTIONS: Mix egg, applesauce and pineapple. When thoroughly mixed, add to flour and baking powder. Add a little water if too stiff.

Bake in muffin pans sprayed with vegetable spray for 20 min. at 350.

Makes 12 muffins.
