Lubee (lebanese dish)

Ingredients

2 pounds Green beans
1 pounds Lamb, cubed
1 medium Onion
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 small Can tomato sauce
teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
1 cup Water
2 tablespoons Butter
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon

Directions

Preparation : Brown meat with onions in melted butter and add spices.

String and cut green beans. Wash and drain. Combine beans with meat.

Cover and steam for 15 minutes. Add tomatoes and water and cook over low heat approximately 1 hour. Serve over rice.
