Lutefish with rice^

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Rice
pounds Lutefish
Water
1 cup Cream
1 tablespoon Butter, melted

Directions

Cook rice. boil lutefish until done. Flake, remove bone, mix with rice, season to taste. Put in a baking dish and cover with cream and butter. Bake until nice and brown. That's it.
