Macaroni and two cheeses

ounce Elbow macaroni; cooked
¼ cup Skim milk
¾ ounce Mozzarella cheese; part skim milk, grated
¾ ounce Cheddar cheese; grated
1 dash White pepper

Directions

In a medium saucepan combine macaroni, milk, cheese and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes, until cheeses are melted NOTES : 11 points per serving
