teaspoon BITTERS
3⅓ tablespoon LEMON JUICE
1 each BAY LEAVES
1 teaspoon RED PEPPER, GROUND
1 teaspoon RED PEPPER FLAKES
1 teaspoon WHITE PEPPER
1 teaspoon PAPRIKA
1 each SMALL PINCH DILL SEED
1 each SMALL PINCH SWEET BASIL
1/16 teaspoon CINNAMON
2⅔ tablespoon LIGHT CORN SYRUP
2⅔ tablespoon HONEY
5⅓ tablespoon BROWN SUGAR

Directions

IN A LARGE SAUCE POT PLACE TOMATO SAUCE, WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE, SOY SAUCE, KETCHUP, BITTERS, LEMON JUICE, BAY LEAVES, RED PEPPER, CRUSHED RED PEPPER FLAKES, WHITE PEPPER, PAPRIKA, DILL SEED, SWEET BASIL AND CINNAMON. SIMMER UNCOVERED FOR 2 TO 3 HOURS OVER LOW HEAT. SAUCE SHOULD BE THICK. ADD CORN SYRUP, HONEY AND BROWN SUGAR. SIMMER FOR 30 MINUTES, STIRRING FREQUENTLY. MAKE SURE SAUCE DOES NOT SCORCH ON BOTTOM. STORE IN REFRIGERATOR FOR UP TO TWO WEEKS.
