Maltese chopped livers and rice (dogfood)

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Chicken Livers, Chopped
3 tablespoons Butter
¼ teaspoon Minced garlic
1 cup Rice
cup Chicken Broth or Water
¼ teaspoon Parsley or Oregano, Shallots
(minced), Salt

Directions

In a skillet, melt butter & add chopped livers. Cook over med. heat 3-5 minutes. Add liquid & spices and bring to boil. Add rice, lower heat & cook approximately 20 minutes. Fluff with fork & allow to cool thoroughly.
