Mama's tomato and apple jam

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Lemon, chopped
1 pint Tomatoes, fresh or canned
2 cups Diced apples
3 cups Sugar

Directions

Cook lemon until tender in a small amount of water. Add remaining ingredients and boil mixture until thick and clear. Cool slightly, pour into sterile jars and seal. Makes about 2 pints.
