Mandarin orange salad with raspberry vinaigrette

Ingredients

2 Heads bibb lettuce
1 Head romaine lettuce
4 ounces Almonds, slivered
6 Slices fried bacon
1 small Can mandarin oranges, drain
1 cup Croutons Vinaigrette--
½ cup Extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons Raspberry vinegar
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
½ teaspoon Onion, finely chopped

Directions

1. Mix vinaigrette ingredients together with a whisk.

2. Shred cilled romaine and bibb lettuce into a large bowl.

3. Add almonds, crumbled bacon and mandarin oranges.

4. Just before serving, add croutons and toss with dressing.
