Mandarin orange salad with raspberry vinaigrette

2 | Heads bibb lettuce | |
1 | Head romaine lettuce | |
4 | ounces | Almonds, slivered |
6 | Slices fried bacon | |
1 | small | Can mandarin oranges, drain |
1 | cup | Croutons Vinaigrette-- |
½ | cup | Extra virgin olive oil |
3 | tablespoons | Raspberry vinegar |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
½ | teaspoon | Onion, finely chopped |
Directions
1. Mix vinaigrette ingredients together with a whisk.
2. Shred cilled romaine and bibb lettuce into a large bowl.
3. Add almonds, crumbled bacon and mandarin oranges.
4. Just before serving, add croutons and toss with dressing.
