Maple divinity fudge

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Sugar
1 each Egg white
½ cup Water
½ teaspoon Vanilla
½ cup Maple syrup
¼ cup Chopped nuts

Directions

Mix sugar, syrup and water together and boil to the hard boil stage.

Remove, add vanilla and pour hot syrup over stiffly beaten egg white.
