Marble brownies

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Butter, softened
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
cup Cake flour
¼ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Chopped walnuts
½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 ounces Unsweetened baking chocolate melted & cooled

Directions

Preheat oven to 350oF. Cream butter in bowl. Add sugar; beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs; beat until mixture is smooth. Sift flour and salt together in separate bowl; add to egg mixture. Stir in nuts and vanilla.

Pour half the batter into greased 8" square baking pan. Mix chocolate with remaining batter; pour over plain batter. Swirl through with spoon. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool in pan, then cut into squares.
