Quantity Ingredient
ounce Semisweet chocolate
9 ounces Sweet butter
2 Eggs
3 cups + 1 Tb Sugar
8 ounces Cream cheese
¼ cup Sugar
½ teaspoon Vanilla
½ cup Flour
1 pinch Salt
Additional butter for greasing molds
Cocoa powder
Powdered sugar
Chocolate sauce
Ice cream
Mint sprigs

Directions

Over hot water bath or in microwave; melt chocolate and butter. Beat eggs and 3 cups plus 1 tablespoon sugar together.

With an electric mixer combine cream cheese, ¼ cup sugar and vanilla.

Add chocolate mixture to egg mixture and combine. Add flour and stir to combine. (Do not over stir) Add salt and stir.

Pour chocolate mixture into 4 molds that have been buttered and cocoa powdered. Fill half way to top. (Note: All this time the cream cheese mixture has been mixing in the electric mixer) Pour cream cheese mixture on top of chocolate mixture. With a spoon, using a few swirling motions mix the brownie to get a marbled look.

(Do not over mix, you just want a marbled effect) Bake at 350~ for 35 minutes. Cool a little; then unmold. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

To serve: Spoon some chocolate sauce (prepared or commercial) onto plate. Swirl plate to coat. Place brownie in center of sauce. Put scoop of ice cream on top. Garnish with mint sprigs.
