| 300 | millilitres | Lemon juice | 
| 150 | millilitres | Olive oil | 
| 50 | grams | Chopped parsley | 
Directions
Giuliano Gasali of the Grand Formosa Regent Hotel Taipei. 
Mix the lemon juice, olive oil and parsley and pour over anchovies. 
Marinate for 3-4 hours.
