Marinated anchovy

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
200 grams Boneless anchovy
300 millilitres Lemon juice
150 millilitres Olive oil
50 grams Chopped parsley

Directions

Giuliano Gasali of the Grand Formosa Regent Hotel Taipei.

Mix the lemon juice, olive oil and parsley and pour over anchovies.

Marinate for 3-4 hours.
