Marshmallow creme

Ingredients

2 cups Sugar
1 cup Water
cup Corn syrup

Directions

Cook to 242 degrees (medium hard ball). While this is cooking, place the following in a mixing bowl: ½ c. warm Karo syrup 3 or 4 egg whites Beat slowly until mixed and then beat hard until light and fluffy. Pour the first mixture into this in a fine stream. When all mixed, beat hard for 3 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Store in cans or jars. Don't cover until cold.
