8 | Saltine crackers; (crushed) | |
1 | pounds | Lump crab meat |
Directions
Notes: Gov. Parris N. Glendening, Maryland Combine egg, mustard, mayonnaise and seasonings. Soak saltines in egg mixture. Add crab meat: try not to break it up. Form into crab cakes.
