Mashed potato souffle

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 ounces Cream cheese
4 cups Mashed potatoes
1 Beaten egg
1 teaspoon Salt
cup Onion; chopped
¼ cup Pimiento; chopped
2 ounces Canned green chiles; diced

Directions

1. Blend cream cheese into mashed potatoes, add egg, salt, chopped onion pimiento and green chiles. Mix well.

2. Bake in a quart casserole for 45 minutes at 350, longer, if using shallow casserole.
