Mashed potatoes with browned onions

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 larges Potatoes
2 fluid ounce Cream
1 ounce Butter
1 large Onion finely chopped
2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Butter the casserole dish. Cut the potatoes into quarters and place in a pan of boiling salted water. Cook for about 15mins until tender. Drain then return to the pan and mash with vream and butter.
