Ingredients

1½ | tablespoon | Toasted sesame seeds |
½ | cup | Ea. matzo meal & cake meal |
¼ | cup | Potato starch |
1 | tablespoon | Ea. dried rosemary & oregan. |
1 | teaspoon | Ea. cinnamon and ginger |
2 | tablespoons | Onion powder |
2 | teaspoons | Mild curry powder |
⅛ | teaspoon | Cayenne pepper |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt (optional) |
Directions
Place all ingreds. in bowl, stirring well to combine.
Spoon into glass jar or container with lid, leaving 2-inch space at top. Shake or stir each time before using. Store at room temperature, or refrigerate.
Yield: Abt. 1⅔ c.; recipe may be doubled or tripled as desired.
