Matzo meal pie shell

¼ | cup | Margarine -=OR=- |
¼ | cup | Oil; |
⅛ | Salt; | |
¼ | teaspoon | Cinnamon (optional) |
1 | cup | Matzo meal; -=OR=- |
1 | cup | Cake meal |
2 | tablespoons | Water; approximately |
Directions
In a small mixing bowl, cream the margarine or oil with the sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually add the matzo or cake meal. Add water if necessary, just enough to bind the mixture together. With the back of a tablespoon, press the mixture into a 9 or 10 pie plate.
