1 Frozen Sara Lee pound cake
¼ cup Apricot or strawberry
Preserves
¼ cup Toasted, sliced almonds
(opt)
Confectioners sugar

Directions

Cut cake into 16 slices. Spread 8 slices with 1½ tsp. preserves; sprinkle with 1 tsp. almonds, if desired. Top with remaining 8 slices. Cut each in half diagonally. Top with remaining almonds & sprinkle with sugar. Serve.
