Melon salad with balsamic vinegar

Quantity Ingredient
L/3 cup balsamic vinegar
4 teaspoons Sugar; or more to taste
1 L/3 pint raspberries
2 smalls Ripe melons; (about 1 pound)

Directions

Mix vinegar and sugar in a bowl. Pick over raspberries and add them to the bowl, stirring to mix with the vinegar. Trim the ends of the melon, cut them in half and scoop out the seeds. Fill the halves with raspberries and juice, cover loosely with plastic wrap and chill at least 20 minutes.

Yield: 4 servings
