Meringue tart (pinch pie)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 Egg whites
½ teaspoon Baking Powder
teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Vinegar
1 teaspoon Water
1 cup Sugar

Directions

Combine all ingredients in bowl of mixer except sugar. Beat at high speed until stiff, then add the sugar 1 tblsp. at a time. Shape on greased cookie sheet like nests and bake in 250 oven for one hour or longer.Serve filled with ice cream and fruit or topping of your choice.
