Mexicali cheese spread

1 Garlic clove, minced
1 Jalapeno pepper;finely chop
8 ounces Sargento mexican cheese
cup Sour cream
¼ cup Cilantro; finely chopped

Directions

In food processor combine garlic, peppers, cheese and sour cream. Beat until smooth. Transfer to serving bowl and stir in cilantro. Cover and chill. Use on crackers or red bell pepper wedges. Source: Sargento label Submitted By MEG ANTCZAK On 03-07-95
