Mexican succotash

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ pounds Ground beef
¼ cup Chopped onion
½ teaspoon Chili powder; (1/2 to 1)
teaspoon Garlic powder
1 dash Red or black pepper
1 can Corn; (7 oz) drained
1 can Tomato sauce; (8 oz)
1 cup Corn chips; slightly crushed
2 ounces Shredded cheddar

Directions

In 1qt micro safe casserole crumble beef; add onion. Micro 3min on high or til no longer pink; drain. Stir in chili powder, garlic, pepper, corn & tomato sauce. Micro 5min on high; stir. Sprinkle w/ chips; top w/ cheese.
