Quick succotash

Ingredients

10 | ounces | Frozen baby lima beans, (1 package) thawed |
10 | ounces | Frozen whole kernel corn, (1 package) thawed |
¾ | cup | Diced green bell pepper |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
¼ | teaspoon | Dried whole summer savory, crushed |
2 | cups | Seeded and diced peeled tomato |
Directions
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Add beans; cook, uncovered, 5 minutes.
Add corn and next 3 ingredients; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat, and stir in tomato. Yield: 5 servings (serving size: 1cup).
