Mild, but wild, tomatillo salsa

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ pounds Tomatillos; husks removed,
; quartered
1 bunch Green onions; coarsely chopped
6 Anaheim chili peppers; (seeded), coarsely
; chopped
1 cup Coarsely chopped cilantro
1 Clove garlic; (to 2)
2 Limes; juice of
1 tablespoon Olive oil; (to 2 tbsp)
Salt to taste

Directions

In a food processor, pulse together all ingredients until coarsely ground.
