Tomatillo salsa

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Small onion, finely chopped
2 Cloves garlic, finely chopp.
¼ cup Pickled jalapenos, chopped
2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, choppped
1 can Tomatillos (13 oz.), drained
Pinch of sugar

Directions

Chop each ingredient by hand. Combine the ingredients, taste, and adjust the seasonings. Allow to stand for at least 30 min. for flavors to blend.

Moderately hot--excellent with chips--bean burritos--served with tacos, added to guacamole--whatever!! Yield: Approx. 1¼ cups.
