Mini easter tarts

4 | ounces | Light cream cheese, softened |
4 | ounces | Fat-free cream cheese, softened |
14 | ounces | Fat-free sweetened condensed milk |
½ | cup | Lemonade, canned, thawed |
4 | drops | Red food coloring |
1½ | cup | Cool Whip® Free, thawed |
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lemonade, and food coloring. Mix until well blended and smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping. Spoon into eight 4-½ x 1-¼" crusts. Chill 3 hours before serving.
